Photography is an art form that requires both technical skills and creative vision. This masterful art form has the potential to be extremely lucrative. Luminous has an editorial style with eleven years experience in the field of photography and has been published in numerous magazines. She mentors on how to take your photography to the next level, get booked with ideal clients and published in your favorite magazines. This mentoring session is 4+ hours in length, First going over PDF with examples, Q & A at a coffee shop over laptop; Followed by a styled shoot for your portfolio. In this mentoring session, you will learn how to master the elements of design, fun and creative techniques such as leading lines, color play, and unique backdrops, the dos and don'ts of photography, and how to frame perfectly in camera for less post processing. You will also discover how to achieve perfect lighting and exposure, how to choose ideal backdrops, prop styling, and lighting, and how to dress, locate, and backlight your subjects for stunning results. Moreover, you will learn how to pose people for perfect portraits, using the S shape for females and the C shape for males, and how to pose hands elegantly, flattering posture, and creative posing for an editorial look. Additionally, you will learn about the gear, settings, and depth of field that you need to capture sharp and beautiful images. Furthermore, you will learn how to communicate with clients, seal the deal and flatter them while capturing their essence. Finally, you will learn how to post process and deliver your images, how to create contracts and pricing that reflect your value, how to build an easy wix website and logo that showcase your brand, and how to build a portfolio and practice shoots that demonstrate your skills and style. Luminous will touch on wedding, portrait, and editorial photography. Included in your mentoring session: - A one to two-hour styled engagement shoot with a photogenic couple to use for your website, social media and advertising portfolio. You will get hands-on experience in shooting a real-life scenario and learn how to capture the emotions and personalities of your subjects. You will also get feedback and tips on how to improve your shots and make them stand out. - A downloadable and printable PDF on everything we’ll cover in the mentoring session with examples. You will have access to a valuable resource that you can refer to anytime you need a refresher or inspiration.
